New Chamber Benefit: Members Can Get Health Insurance ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ One of the challenges for the self-employed and small-business owners is obtaining health insurance at lower costs typically offered through groups. Mark Goldstein, president of the chamber, announced at the December 1st Business-Building Lunch, that members of The Christian Chamber can now obtain supplemental health insurance at group/association rates through Transamerica and Aflac. An informational meeting is scheduled for Friday, December 11th beginning at 9am, and will take place at Belhaven College, 2301 Maitland Center Parkway, Bldg. 200 Suite 165, Maitland 32751. Representatives from both companies will present program benefit options as well as answer specific questions.
