Join
us on Monday, August 9 for The Central Florida
Christian Chamber's 2010 Candidate Forum and Hobnob
at The Plaza Theatre. Meet and get to know the
candidates and their stands on issues prior to
casting your vote!
In addition to meeting and interacting with State
and U.S. office candidates one-on-one, you'll have
the opportunity to participate in a Candidate Forum
moderated by Mr. Eddy Moratin, Executive Director of
Lifework Leadership Orlando. Candidates will be on
stage and your questions will be asked. The one-hour
State-level forum will start at 6:45 p.m.; after a
fifteen-minute break the U.S.-level candidates take
the stage. So far this is the only event in Central
Florida scheduled during the primaries where the
candidates will be asked questions in this type of
setting.
State-level candidates that have already committed
to attend include State Representative candidates:
Jason Brodeur, and Alice Sterling (Dist 33), Dean
Cannon, Jr. (Dist 35), and Bryan Nelson (Dist 38).
U.S.-level candidates include: Kendrick Meek for
U.S. Senate; Daniel Webster, Bruce O'Donohue, Todd
Long, Dan Fanelli and Patricia Sullivan for U.S.
House of Representatives (Dist 8); and Craig Miller,
Sandy Adams, and Karen Diebel for U.S. House of
Representatives (Dist 24).
This list will be updated as candidates commit to
attend.
