His Healing Hand
Ministries
Greetings; You are
invited to Join us @ “Step Forward”
"Step Forward",
a monthly resource meeting is a time for those who minister and
work in our community with the homeless, with those who suffer
from addictions, people behind bars, and people returning to
society from a time away, to learn what is available in our
community.
You are invited
to the next meeting at Macedonia
Missionary Baptist Church 412 E. Kennedy Blvd. Eatonville, Fl
32751 on July 13th @ 7PM
The monthly meetings are
being held to help us all in our ministries and community
services. “Step Forward” meetings provide resources from many
organizations and a chance learn what area ministries have to
offer. This will also allow you the opportunity to share what
your organization provides in a relaxed setting.

Add your ministry resource to the Central Florida Resource
Directory located on the website.
www.hishealinghand.com
After a lot of
organizational work by the Department of Justice for His Healing
Hand Ministries, the addition to the website is up and running
providing a great deal of information for the community here in
Central Florida. It can be accessed on the website
www.hishealinghand.com
It is now possible to add community information about your
organization so you may be part of the National Data Base and
most importantly Central Florida. This is provided at no cost to
you.
To begin, go to the
website,
www.hishealinghand.com
and click on the “Central Florida Resource Directory” page on
the left side. When you are ready, click the Add a Resource link
on the left and then post the information about your
organization. Upon review it will be added to the website.
After it is added it
will be part of the referral base that will be used for the
homeless and also reentry at the Orange County Correctional
Facility and the John E. Polk Correctional Facility. It will
also be used by other organizations and you will be getting
referrals from those who are returning to society after they
have been screened and evaluated by our staff.
Approximately 62,000
people will go through the Orange County Correctional Center
this year. Another 18,000 people will go through the John E.
Polk Correctional Center in Sanford. These people need our help
with rebuilding the lives they thought were lost in a positive
way. The reentry resources on this website will help them by
providing our areas of help before, during, and after the time
of need.
You can post your
organization’s information with many different aspects of all
that you have to offer. Upon completion it will be reviewed and
then included into the system. A person that will be case
managed at either facility will then be fitted with the programs
on the site and given referrals to accomplish the needed
solution.
If you have any
questions or need help in setup, please let us know.
