John Ashcroft to Speak at Our Next
Business-Building Lunch

Former Missouri
Governor, Senator and U.S. Attorney General John
Ashcroft will be the featured speaker on April 6.
Mr. Ashcroft is currently a professor of law and
government at Regent University, who has made his
appearance possible.
One
of the most high-profile and experienced Attorneys
General in the nation's history, Mr. Ashcroft led
the U.S. law enforcement community through the
challenging and transformational period following
the tragic attacks of September 11, 2001. His
tenure was highlighted by forceful public advocacy
of President Bush's strong anti-terrorism
strategy. His quiet government influence was rated
highest inside the Bush Administration by
The National
Journal.

Fellowship Fridays

Citing
a desire to spend more quality time with chamber
members, chamber president Mark Goldstein recently
launched Fellowship Fridays at local Panera Bread
restaurants throughout Central Florida. Every Friday
Mark shows up at a designated Panera location where
chamber members are invited to attend to develop
meaningful and beneficial relationships. These are
not "networking" meetings; attendees are encouraged
to bring their challenges in business rather than
leads. While potential business development will
definitely be a result of these meetings, the main
purpose is to help each other effectively grow our
businesses.
This
Friday, March 12, we will meet at the Panera Bread
in the Wal-Mart shopping center on SR 434 just south
of SR 436. The meeting time is from 7:30am until
whatever time the last person leaves. Please check
